We work in communities that have strong traditional dynamics which often leads to women and girls being excluded from educational and employment opportunities. Another notable trend is that when women earn an income, the man of the house will control the resources, with little equitable decision making.

We are working in a respectful way to shift the mindset of rural communities to create more equitable gender dynamics. Showcasing how all members of the family benefit from equal opportunities is a cornerstone of this project.
